Bauroc floor panels are reinforced aerated concrete elements for building intermediate floors and roof decks. They produce a fire-safe floor structure that insulates well against both heat and sound. The panels weigh 170 kg/m² – half as much as a concrete floor, so the load-bearing walls are loaded much less.

- Width 600 mm, height 250 mm, lengths from 800 mm to 6 m
- Load capacity 4 kN/m² – uniformly distributed load in addition to the panel's own weight
- Thermal conductivity λD 0.13 W/mK, compressive strength 3.8 MPa
- Fire safety class A1
- Anchor rods are built into the ends, so the panels must not be cut shorter
Where to use
For intermediate floors and roof decks, stair landings and cantilevers with an overhang of up to 1500 mm – a balcony made from these panels needs no columns. In a roof deck the thermal insulation layer can be thinner than on reinforced concrete panels.
