Bauroc 600 mm lintels are three block courses high and available in lengths of 5200 and 6000 mm, so they can span wide openings in Bauroc block walls. The lintel width is the same as the block width, and the reinforcement is protected with an anti-corrosion compound. The lintel acts as a load-bearing element in both external and internal walls.

Where to use
For bridging long openings in Bauroc masonry. The lintel must rest on the masonry for at least 250 mm (300 mm recommended); at the bearing points, build the masonry from standard blocks and fill the joint completely with adhesive mortar. Placing the lintel on any other face is not permitted.
