Caparol Capatect ArmaReno 700 is a multifunctional lime-cement dry mortar that combines several facade tasks in one product. It is used to bond thermal insulation slabs, form the reinforcing layer and restore old, sound renders. The fibre additive reduces stress in the mortar, and the working time is long.
Key features
- Mortar group P II
- Hydrophobic – impermeable to water, but highly vapour-permeable
- Can be applied by hand or by machine, flows well in the silo and in machines
- Reaction to fire – non-combustible or low flammability, depending on the system build-up
Where to use
As an adhesive mortar and base coat mortar in Capatect systems, also for reinforcing wood fibre slabs. The mortar can be applied as a thin bonding layer on smooth concrete surfaces, XPS or wood wool (HWL) slabs, as a render top coat that can be finished with a felt float, and for decorative techniques – except in the plinth zone, where the surface is exposed to splashing water.
