Caparol Capatect Leichtgrundputz 170 is a lightweight lime-cement mineral plaster used to form a base plaster indoors and on facades. The light mineral aggregates reduce internal stress and make the plaster flexible, and it also has low thermal conductivity. The mortar can be applied by machine and is easy to shape.

- Consumption 1.2 kg/m² per 1 mm – about 12 kg per m² at a 10 mm layer
- Thermal conductivity ≤ 0.33 W/mK, water vapour diffusion resistance µ ≤ 15
- Maximum grain size 3.2 mm (perlite)
- Hydrophobic, with adhesion-improving additives
Where to use
As a base plaster on modern, lightweight wall materials with high thermal insulation requirements – concrete, aerated concrete, solid and hollow bricks and ceramic blocks. Suitable for interiors and facades.
