Ceresit CT 16 is a white synthetic resin dispersion primer paint that prepares the substrate for thin-coat and other renders indoors and outdoors. The primer significantly reduces the absorbency of the substrate, so the applied material does not dry out too quickly. The fine filler makes the surface rough and scratch-resistant, and renders, fillers and paints adhere to it better.

Where to use
On concrete, plasterboard, chipboard, gypsum plaster and durable paint coatings. Recommended for priming the reinforcing layer in Ceresit Ceretherm insulation systems (ETICS), and under traditional and coloured acrylic, mineral or silicone renders. To strengthen absorbent substrates, choose Ceresit CT 14 or CT 17.
