Ceresit CT 17 Profi deep-penetration primer

Ceresit CT 17 Profi is a deep-penetration primer for wall, floor and ceiling substrates indoors and outdoors. It strengthens the surface layer, reduces absorbency and improves the adhesion of subsequent coats to the substrate. The 5 l and 10 l packs contain the transparent CT 17 Transparent version, while the 20 l pack contains the light yellow standard version; the technical properties of both are the same.

Where to use

Before tile bonding, floor pouring, filling, painting, wallpapering and fixing thermal insulation slabs. The substrate must be dry, sound and free of grease, bitumen and dust. Gypsum and anhydrite surfaces, as well as durable paint layers, are sanded with coarse sandpaper before priming and carefully dusted off.
