Ekofleks Fassadengrund GL27 is a deep-penetration primer that strengthens and impregnates facade surfaces before finishing work.
Category: Primers
Ekofleks Fassadengrund GL27 is a deep-penetration primer that strengthens and impregnates facade surfaces before finishing work. It penetrates well into the pores of the surface, so it is especially useful for old, damaged walls. The primer reduces water absorption into the wall but preserves its vapour permeability, and less paint is used on a primed surface.
Key features
- Strengthens the facade surface and increases adhesion to subsequent coats
- Improves water resistance
- Reduces paint consumption
- Vapour-permeable, environmentally friendly
- Working temperature from +5 °C to +35 °C
Where to use
For brick, stone, concrete, fibre-reinforced concrete and foam concrete walls, as well as rendered facades – before repairs, bonding of expanded polystyrene or stone wool slabs, filling, rendering and painting. The substrate must be sound, dry and clean, and flaking layers are removed mechanically beforehand.
