Finnfoam FF-PIR Sauna is a thin polyurethane (PIR) thermal insulation board for saunas and other hot, humid rooms. The boards are fixed directly to a masonry or frame wall, and because the insulation is thin, more usable floor area is kept in the room.

- Thermal conductivity λD 0.022 W/mK – a 30 mm board replaces a 60 mm mineral wool layer in a timber frame
- Withstands continuous +120 °C and short-term +200 °C
- Both sides covered with reflective, vapour-impermeable aluminium foil
- Tongue-and-groove edges
- Size 30×600×1200 mm (0.72 m²), 10 boards per pack
- Fire safety class E
Where to use
For insulating the walls of saunas and other hot, humid rooms. The boards can be worked with ordinary tools – they are cut, drilled, milled and nailed. To make the insulation airtight, the joints and grooves are filled with expanding foam and sealed over with aluminium tape.
