Hunton Windproof is a wind barrier board made of natural wood fibre, with a bitumen emulsion mixed into the mass to protect against moisture. A special outer surface layer additionally strengthens the board and protects it from precipitation until the ventilated facade is finished – after installation the boards may remain exposed for up to 6 months.

Where to use
For wind barrier insulation of facades: the board stops the wind, improves thermal resistance and sound insulation, and a spaced board cladding with gaps of up to 20 mm can also be built over it.
