Icopal Siplast Primer is a bitumen primer containing organic solvents. The bitumen additives in its composition provide stability, very fast drying and deep penetration into the substrate – the primer penetrates 2.0–3.0 mm deep into concrete. The primer is also easy to apply when the air temperature is low.
