Isover Premium 33 (KL33) are mineral wool slabs with low thermal conductivity – λD 0.033 W/mK. They are chosen when the best possible thermal insulation is needed but the structure has to be thinner. The slabs are suitable for timber, metal and concrete structures.

- If the frame spacing matches the slab width, no additional fixings are needed – the slab is held in place by the elasticity of the fibres
- Easy to cut with an insulation knife; easy for one person to install, including in small rooms
Where to use
For insulating timber and metal framed walls, roofs and floors. For the best result, the slabs are laid in several layers with staggered joints, and the structure is filled evenly and tightly so that no air pockets or thermal bridges remain.
