Knauf Flex-Dicht is a flexible, watertight waterproofing based on a special cement to which synthetic materials and fibres have been added. It is applied before ceramic or natural stone covering is laid, and is used together with Knauf Flächendichtband or Flächendichtband F sealing tape. The fibre reinforcement and crack-bridging ability also protect against cracks that may appear in the substrate later.

- One-component, solvent-free – only needs to be mixed with water
- Adheres to almost all common substrates, no priming required
- Water-resistant and frost-resistant
- Applied with a spatula or paintbrush – depending on the amount of water in the mix
- Allow approx. 6 h between coats, approx. 24 h before tiling
- Consumption 3–3.5 kg/m² for a 2 mm layer
Where to use
For waterproofing in interior and exterior work before laying tiles or natural stone, to prevent water and moisture from penetrating concrete and masonry. Pack size 15 kg.
