Knauf K1 is a cement-based thin-bed tile adhesive intended for walls and floors both indoors and outdoors. The mix consists of dolomite, natural sand and cement with a polyvinyl acetate polymer and property-improving additives. The adhesive grips the tile well from the start and does not shrink or create stresses as it hardens.

- Water-resistant and frost-resistant
- Load resistance ≥ 0.5 N/mm²
- Temperature resistance: −20…+80 °C

Where to use
For medium-sized ceramic tiles and slabs that absorb water, on stable, moderately loaded wall and floor surfaces. With the addition of Knauf Kleber- & Boden-Elast additive, the adhesive can also be used for non-absorbent tiles, degreased, opaque natural stone slabs, heated floors, balconies and terraces.
