Nexler Dysperbit is a water-based bitumen and rubber mastic that is ready to use without dilution. It is applied with a brush or a spatula, and the substrate can be either dry or damp. The mastic has thixotropic properties, adheres well to mineral substrates and roofing felt, and is safe in contact with polystyrene.
