Paroc WAS 50t is a stone wool thermal insulation board with a light, natural-coloured glass fabric coating. It is used in ventilated facades, for example in buildings with brick cladding, and may be used in buildings of any fire resistance rating.

Where to use
Thinner boards are used as the wind barrier layer in two-layer insulation over flexible thermal insulation; the joints in both layers are offset so that no air gaps form through the insulation. Thicker boards are suitable for a single-layer solution, where they insulate and protect from wind at the same time.
