Rockwool Frontrock S are non-combustible stone wool slabs for insulating external walls, made in thin versions – from 20 to 50 mm. Thanks to a suitable density and good mechanical strength, they are chosen for places where only a thin layer of thermal insulation is possible, for example the reveals of windows and other openings.
Key features
- Fire safety class A1 (non-combustible material) – increases the fire safety of the building
- Thermal conductivity λD 0.037 W/mK
- Four thicknesses – 20, 30, 40 and 50 mm, all with a slab size of 600×1000 mm
- Suitable for reinforced concrete walls, as well as silicate and ceramic blocks
Where to use
For external walls and stairwell walls of new apartment buildings, for the reveals of windows and other openings, and for unheated spaces such as underground garages.
