Roclite U-shaped aerated concrete blocks for monolithic beams and lintels

Roclite U-blocks are U-shaped aerated concrete blocks that serve as formwork for reinforced monolithic concrete beams and lintels over openings. A row of blocks is bonded together with block adhesive, reinforcement is placed inside and the row is filled with concrete, producing a continuous monolithic beam. The reinforcement is selected in accordance with the design rules for reinforced concrete structures.

Where to use

For monolithic beams to increase the strength of the structure, for support under panels, floor beams and wall plates, and for window and door lintels on site. Lintels can be made on a stable base and moved by crane once they have hardened. Panels and beams are installed only when the concrete has hardened sufficiently, and they must bear on the concrete, not on the edges of the U-block.
