Sakret SC is a restoration contact primer based on potassium silicate with a quartz additive. It is intended for mineral surfaces of medium or low absorbency: it provides strong adhesion to the substrate, strengthens the surface and evens out its water absorption. The primer contains no solvents and allows water vapour to pass through well.

Where to use
As a contact layer under lime and lime-cement mortars on cement, lime or lime-cement plaster, concrete, limestone, calcium silicate brick, aerated concrete and ceramic brick masonry, as well as on fibre cement boards. Also suitable for surfaces with lime, cement or silicate paint, but surfaces painted with organic paints are first treated abrasively.
