Silroc calcium silicate blocks for load-bearing walls, 15 MPa

The raw materials of Silroc blocks are lime and quartz sand, and they gain their strength in an autoclave, treated with high-pressure steam. With a compressive strength of 15 MPa they are also suitable for the load-bearing walls of apartment buildings. A wall made from them insulates sound well and stores heat, so a stable microclimate is maintained indoors.

Where to use

For interior and exterior walls, load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, sound-insulating partitions and buildings with increased fire safety requirements. The exterior walls of an energy-efficient building made of Silroc blocks must be additionally insulated.
