Vincents Polyline Retarder is a lignosulphonate-based liquid admixture that delays the start of cement setting. It also plasticises the concrete and reduces the amount of water needed, so the mix is easier to place and the hardened concrete is stronger. A longer setting time is useful in hot weather and on large concreting jobs.
